• Create and execute innovative strategies to ensure optimal conditions for the company’s products within regional healthcare administration and major hospital accounts.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key hospital clients and healthcare providers.
• Engage in negotiations with hospital departments and key decision-makers throughout the procurement process to achieve favorable market access conditions.
• Design, develop, and implement account plans aimed at achieving sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and customer support, to facilitate seamless delivery of products/services and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for key hospital accounts.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Analyze market access performance, identifying improvement opportunities and fostering continuous optimization.
• Formulate and execute targeted strategies for the strategic management of the company’s key hospital accounts and healthcare entities.
• Identify upselling prospects within existing accounts to enhance revenue generation.
• Proficient in English.
• Possess strategic and management capabilities to cultivate strong relationships with key hospital and administration clients as well as healthcare providers, while anticipating and addressing their needs in a personalized manner.
• Experience in market access for medical devices or pharmaceuticals at the regional and/or account level is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong background in negotiating with hospital departments and procurement decision-makers is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare market in Andalucia.
• Experience working with public institutions and a network of policymakers is valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with robust negotiation and sales abilities.
