This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a high-achieving team across the DACH region and the Netherlands.

• Formulating and executing annual and long-term commercial strategies that promote sustainable growth.
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key retail partners while managing specific strategic accounts.
• Discovering new business prospects and broadening Jellycat's footprint with premium retail partners.
• Advocating for outstanding in-store execution, visual merchandising, and customer experience consistent with Jellycat's premium brand standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure precise forecasting, budgeting, sales planning, and operational excellence.
• Leveraging sales data and market insights to uncover opportunities, track performance, and facilitate commercial decision-making.
• Representing Jellycat at customer meetings, showrooms, market visits, and industry events throughout the region.
• A minimum of five years' experience in senior wholesale sales or key account management, preferably within the premium or luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and developing successful commercial teams.
• A solid track record of enhancing key accounts, retail partnerships, and sales performance.
• Familiarity with premium or luxury brands and an understanding of maintaining brand positioning.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the DACH region and the Netherlands, including regular overnight stays and occasional international travel.
