This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and cultivate essential client relationships to guarantee lasting partnerships and client satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Assess client requirements and create tailored solutions to enhance their logistics experience.
• Monitor and oversee key account parcel deliveries, proactively addressing any service-related issues.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations with key accounts, providing insights driven by data.
• Prepare and deliver customized quotations by utilizing pricing strategies and market insights.
• Develop and uphold customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service performance and elevate customer experience.
• Track and manage account billing, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collection of payments.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing key accounts to drive additional revenue.
• Support the claims process, ensuring prompt resolutions for clients with key accounts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales in the logistics sector (preferably in small parcel last-mile delivery).
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
