This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage relationships with replenishment and transportation teams at designated retailers.
• Continuously track GRS orders against forecasts and sales, escalating issues as needed.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked to meet customer demand.
• Predict future inventory requirements based on historical sales data, promotional events, and seasonal patterns.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Enhance inventory turnover while reducing out-of-stock occurrences.
• Proactively engage with both internal and external teams to prepare inventory for significant promotional periods.
• Monitor OTIF metrics and provide regular updates along with supporting data to retail partners.
• Work together with sales, marketing, and product teams to forecast demand for various products.
• Maintain demand planning models to anticipate future sales volumes effectively.
• Assist in refining forecasts based on market trends, promotions, and other factors affecting consumer behavior.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within replenishment operations.
• Ensure adherence to retailer guidelines and regulations while proactively addressing risks associated with inventory management and replenishment.
• Continuously assess performance metrics to gauge the success of process enhancements.
• Employ creative and strategic thinking to resolve issues before they affect performance.
• Extract and analyze Nova reports for Walmart and Sam’s Club using Power BI.
• Prepare and present weekly order summaries (needs vs. actual) and in-stock tracker reports.
• Lead weekly production call meetings and provide updates on presentation quantities.
• Manage and present OTIF reports on a monthly external and weekly internal basis.
• Maintain Power BI open order reports and submit cancellations as required.
• Deliver GDR Forecast vs. Sales presentations and analyses.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in a CPG environment, third-party representation, or with Walmart/Sam’s Club.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in software applications (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of leveraging data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
