This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Identify and cultivate new avenues for growth beyond the automotive sector
• Drive customer engagement, sales, and negotiation of contracts
• Design and oversee strategic incentive initiatives and partnerships
• Examine customer insights, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics
• Collaborate across departments including Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated success in business development and/or account expansion
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
• A proactive mindset with comfort in navigating new and ambiguous environments
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly self-driven with robust follow-through and accountability
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
