This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Field Presence & Representation: Act as the representative of Exoticca through regular visits to the client’s branch offices, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and supportive presence.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, trust-based connections with travel agents, transforming them into committed advocates for Exoticca’s offerings.
• Sales Growth & Conversion: Actively seek out sales opportunities at each location and execute strategies to enhance booking volumes and conversion rates.
• On-the-ground Sales Coaching: Facilitate in-person training and motivational sessions for the client’s sales personnel, providing them with the necessary product knowledge and selling techniques to effectively close deals.
• Commercial Momentum: Ensure that all Exoticca campaigns and portfolio updates are accurately executed and prioritized across all locations visited.
• Market Intelligence: Collect direct insights from the front lines to furnish Exoticca with up-to-date information regarding market trends, competitor actions, and client requirements.
• Operational Support: Serve as a proactive problem solver for the client's teams, eliminating any obstacles to sales and guaranteeing a seamless production process for every trip.
• Sales Background: Significant commercial experience with a demonstrated history of meeting targets and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Tourism Sector Expertise: A solid background in the travel industry (e.g., previous roles as a Travel Agent, Assistant Buyer, or Sales Representative) is essential.
• Education: A minimum of FP/FPII in Tourism (a Degree in Tourism is preferred).
• Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication abilities and a natural talent for influencing and inspiring teams across various locations.
• Resilience & Drive: A proactive attitude—you are coachable, self-driven, and excel in a role that demands a high level of autonomy.
• Mobility & Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
