
Key Account Sales Executive – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with key accounts including Grupo DPSP, Grupo Santa Cruz, and Raia Drogasil.
• Drive the achievement of sell-in and sell-out objectives through strategic actions aimed at optimizing results.
• Negotiate commercial initiatives, terms, and investments (MRSP, discounts, payment terms) in line with company policies.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns and visibility strategies in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
• Track performance metrics, identify opportunities, and propose corrective action plans for any deviations.
• Supervise stock levels in distribution centers and stores to ensure the availability of priority SKUs.
• Perform market analysis and keep tabs on competitors to refine commercial strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply, logistics) to guarantee the effective execution and delivery of plans.
• Regularly visit clients to uphold presence, nurture relationships, and monitor performance.
• University degree (either in progress or completed).
• Demonstrated experience in sales within the pharmaceutical sector in the São Paulo region.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and primary regional players.
• Experience managing a pharmaceutical client portfolio, serving Grupo DPSP, Grupo Santa Cruz, and Raia Drogasil.
• Excellent negotiation skills, commercial relationship management, and ability to prospect new clients.
• Familiarity with market analysis tools such as IQVIA and Close-Up.
