This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Achieve sales performance, brand key performance indicators, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Develop a pre-call strategy utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call assessments.
• Skillfully manage objections and secure actionable outcomes to finalize sales calls.
• Aim to meet customer needs while fostering trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Create and implement a call strategy that meets established metrics and enhances coverage.
• Continuously enhance understanding of client requirements and the market environment.
• Distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers and cultivate expert relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, business-related fields, or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience (3-5 years) along with strong presentation capabilities.
• High degree of personal initiative and resilience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects.
• Strong business understanding and proficient use of business tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in immunology and/or gastroenterology.
• Ability to recognize customer styles/behaviors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Preferably experience in the commercial pharmaceutical sector.
