This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Formulate and execute effective account strategies to meet commercial objectives.
• Recognize and prioritize key accounts and significant external experts.
• Work in collaboration with local cross-functional teams to devise customized strategies for each account and stakeholder.
• Secure advantageous brand listings, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance product utilization through successful OMNI-channel strategy execution.
• Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to uncover growth potential.
• Leverage CRM systems to monitor customer engagements and predict sales outcomes.
• Deliver value-based selling by emphasizing clinical, economic, and patient outcome advantages.
• Establish and nurture strategic alliances within the therapeutic area ecosystem.
• Remain updated on industry trends, market fluctuations, and healthcare policies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Business or Healthcare.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sectors or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies and thriving in customer-facing roles.
• Proven project management capabilities along with knowledge of omnichannel execution.
• Experience in utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance and develop innovative long-term strategic solutions (e.g., NDR and Rikssvikt).
• Proficient in both Swedish and English, with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare system, pharmaceutical industry, and health economics.
• Experience in the fields of cardiology, nephrology, or diabetes is preferred.
