This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute seasonal sales forecasts, product sales strategies, and annual revenue targets for each designated key account.
• Identify potential business opportunities and design sales initiatives that enhance retail sell-through.
• Take ownership of the communication and execution of sales programs that establish Brooks as a leader in performance running.
• Assist the Senior Key Account Manager and Sales Manager in fostering revenue growth for key accounts.
• Oversee account P&L to ensure profitability within key accounts.
• Lead seasonal sell-in presentations aimed at boosting backlog growth and increasing market share.
• Engage in retail promotions and create seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Organize and execute product education events in collaboration with Sales management and Marketing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Key Account Manager to develop sell-through initiatives for the Tech Team's execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a positive brand image.
• Work alongside Product Management and Marketing on product-related issues, enhancements, new product needs, and competitive insights.
• Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to assess plan performance and uncover new opportunities.
• Stay informed about competitors, their product lines, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, account business activities, and key account strategy documents.
• Support the Senior Key Account Manager and UK Sales Manager with key account business initiatives and special projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management and/or key account management, ideally within the sporting goods sector.
• Preferred 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience in strategic account management is preferred.
• Proficient in computer use, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Strong skills in presentation delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and inspire confidence.
• High attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution while maintaining a strategic focus.
• Ability to foresee how decisions impact customers and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated innovation and initiative in enhancing products and processes.
• A passion for running and an active lifestyle.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK region.
