This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Building strong partnerships and collaboration with assigned distributors, encompassing sales and revenue responsibilities.
• Leading yearly and price negotiations, managing listings, optimizing online shelf presence, executing 365° activations, facilitating data exchange, forecasting, and engaging in joint business planning.
• Serving as a strategic partner for the local sales team to jointly enhance distributor performance on e-commerce-related touchpoints, such as listings, online shelf management, activations, and projects.
• Bringing the Tork strategy to life both internally and externally.
• Engaging in and/or leading multifunctional projects locally and internationally, ensuring representation of key local market needs.
• Sharing insights, best practices, and learnings with relevant counterparts through close collaboration and regular communication with both local and global stakeholders to further the Tork strategy.
• A university degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, and/or business administration.
• Extensive work experience in sales or customer management.
• Demonstrated experience in digital and/or E-Commerce, ideally within a B2B context.
• Familiarity with the digital online shelf, customer journey, analytics, activation, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working within an international matrix organization.
• A focus on end-customers and distributors.
• Proficient in both German and English communication.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong skills in MS Office and familiarity with MS Teams or a digital workplace environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on action and solutions, as well as strong planning and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally when required.
