This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Development and Promotion of Key Account Strategies
• Evaluate the clinical systems, patient flow, and decision-making frameworks of key medical institutions to devise and implement medium- to long-term account strategies.
• Establish trusting relationships with stakeholders, delivering value as a partner collaborating with medical institutions to shape the future of patient care.
• Prescription Penetration & Institutional Transformation
• Assess clinical processes and treatment policies to formulate and implement prescription penetration strategies.
• Advocate for the transformation of treatment pathways and the enhancement of hospital operations by encouraging cross-departmental collaboration.
• Engagement & Scientific Partnerships
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) early on and facilitate scientific discussions centered on clinical challenges.
• Enhance relationships with the medical community through initiatives such as promoting appropriate use within healthcare institutions.
• Business Advancement Through Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal departments to advance key account strategies.
• Contribution to the Overall Sales Department
• Aid in the growth and enhancement of the entire sales department by sharing best sales practices and risk management experiences.
• MR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Over 5 years of MR experience
• Experience working with university hospitals or major healthcare institutions
• Background in new drug adoption within hospitals
• Experience in the fields of gastroenterology and anesthesiology is preferred
• Ability to build consensus among a diverse array of healthcare professionals
• Proven history of developing and managing account plans that underpin KAM activities
• Integrated drive to collaborate with and mobilize cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence/SFE)
• Capability to comprehend and support the optimization of SOPs, workflows, and protocols within healthcare facilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing data-driven, precise targeting.
