This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Optimize budget performance and foster growth within the designated territory.
• Recognize and assess sales opportunities through the use of IT resources and Sales Analyst expertise.
• Oversee sales and customer relationships by utilizing data-driven insights.
• Formulate regional account strategies based on segmentation and prioritization.
• Serve as a reliable partner, negotiating commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
• Advocate for CSL Behring as a leader in the treatment of rare diseases.
• Collaborate with medical, market access, and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Share effective practices with the sales team and suggest solutions to enhance business results.
• Promote collaborative efforts with internal departments.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; MBA or commercial training is preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing large accounts, with a focus on hospital drug promotion and tender negotiations.
• Familiarity with tender and negotiated market processes, particularly in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors.
