This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and evaluate pertinent tenders and bids to discover new business prospects.
• Compile and submit proposal/tender documentation punctually as part of your duties.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Procurement to ensure optimal outcomes and effective management of deadlines.
• Oversee project management throughout the entire tender process.
• Perform market and competitor analyses to detect new opportunities early and provide insights for further development.
• Completed commercial/business qualification or an equivalent credential.
• Several years of experience in tender/bid management and comprehensive knowledge of procurement law (public procurement regulations).
• Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and an affinity for structured work.
• Proficient in MS Office and various digital tools.
• Fluent in German (C1 level).
