This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and strategically enhance key accounts in Southern Germany.
• Foster long-term customer relationships within the industrial surface cleaning sectors, including metalworking, automotive, mechanical engineering, and industrial manufacturing.
• Discover new business prospects and take the initiative to acquire new clients.
• Collaborate with application engineering and product management to create tailored customer solutions.
• Engage in contract negotiations and take charge of sales and results within the designated sales territory.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to formulate effective sales strategies.
• A degree or completed vocational training in chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of technically intricate products, preferably within the chemical, process, or surface treatment industries.
• Proven experience in key account management and working with industrial clients.
• A technical understanding of industrial cleaning processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A self-sufficient, organized, and results-driven approach to work.
• A strong willingness to travel throughout Southern Germany.
• Proficient in German; English language skills are a plus.
• A responsible sales position that offers a high level of autonomy.
• An established product portfolio with robust market acceptance.
• Flat decision-making structures and international connections.
