This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, focusing on sales performance while effectively managing the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and enhance the capability to address stakeholder needs, thereby maximizing both short- and long-term sales performance.
• Create solutions to address claims or specific issues raised by key accounts.
• Establish trusted and strategic relationships with stakeholders to proactively identify and overcome access barriers.
• Spot opportunities and work collaboratively across functions to engage in mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive customer profile analyses, adjusting strategies to meet the highest standards of customer service.
• Adhere to sales call frequency and maintain the number of professional public visits as outlined in the plan.
• Share relevant insights and observations from IFT back to the broader IFT and BT teams.
• A relevant university degree is required.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is preferred.
• A proven history of successful sales performance and strong presentation skills within the neuroscience sector is preferred.
• Strong business acumen along with proficient use of business tools; must possess strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Proactively identifies customer styles and behaviors, quickly adapting all aspects of the sales approach accordingly.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing, is preferred.
