This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute a comprehensive strategy aimed at achieving substantial growth in the Adhesives industry.
• Engage in tactical and operational planning with the Segment Manager to set primary objectives for accounts.
• Collaborate with the distributor network to stimulate significant regional growth by identifying opportunities within major accounts.
• Generate and present precise sales forecasts by account and product line while analyzing demand fluctuations.
• Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Work alongside product management and development teams to pinpoint new product requirements and assist in the development and launch of new offerings within our Innovation Framework.
• Exhibit strong Sales Excellence, demonstrating a disciplined understanding and use of Sales Force CRM.
• Partner with National Account Channel management to support accounts and channel partners, fostering broader business growth.
• Engage in market/channel projects as necessary to align with the overall business strategy.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a courteous and tactful manner to ensure excellent customer service.
• Advocate for, support, and comply with all safety and quality-related policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a science-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing/assembly sector is mandatory.
• Previous experience selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with a proven record of growth, preferably in the Aerospace, Electronics, or Automotive sectors.
• Experience with adhesives and/or potting compounds is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions to audiences with varying levels of comprehension.
• Knowledge of Sales Processes and CRM systems, particularly Sales Force.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License with the capacity to travel 50% to 70% of the time is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
