Key Account Manager – Speciality Channels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will strategically build and enhance our Specialty Channels (Pharmacy, Travel Retail, Online Retail, Concept Stores).

• You will manage existing partners and attract new clients through compelling pitches and product assortment suggestions.

• You will plan promotions, secondary placements, and POS materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

• You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and E-Commerce departments.

• You will identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and develop appropriate strategies.

• You will represent Glow25 at trade fairs and customer meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally focusing on Pharmacy, Travel Retail, or Online Retail.

• Experience in the FMCG, Beauty, or Health sectors.

• Structured and independent working style with a strong hunter mindset.

• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems.
