This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the development of sales and margins within the designated sales territory
• Increase market share across targeted channels
• Secure new product listings while strategically enhancing existing key accounts
• Recognize and establish new business opportunities and sales channels
• Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the overall company objectives
• Conduct negotiations regarding pricing and contracts with decision-makers
• Plan and implement marketing and sales initiatives
• Perform ongoing competitive analysis and apply suitable measures
• Manage budget responsibilities for accounts, including annual planning
• Collaborate closely with Sales Support and Marketing teams
• Completed commercial training, degree, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in field sales and key account management
• Ideally possesses industry knowledge in office products, IT, and/or ergonomics
• Experience navigating complex trading/distribution frameworks under high competitive pressure
• Demonstrated success in creating new business sectors
• Existing connections within relevant industries are advantageous
• Strong negotiation capabilities and a proven ability to close deals
• Solid business and financial understanding
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Valid driving license (Class B)
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills
• Experienced in using MS Office
