Key Account Manager – Southern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Are you enthusiastic about engaging with retail customers, recognizing market opportunities, and generating ideas to effectively position our vending and checkout zone solutions?

• Spotting sales opportunities and market trends while assessing individual customer requirements.

• Showcasing products and solutions to clients.

• Independently leading sales meetings and negotiations.

• Overseeing order processing up to delivery in collaboration with the internal sales team.

• Establishing, nurturing, and enhancing customer relationships.

• Strategizing and executing initiatives for customer retention and acquiring new business partners.

• Keeping track of and analyzing market and competitor activities.

• Assessing market data, customer insights, and sales metrics to aid in planning.

• Organizing and managing sales activities within the designated territory, including travel, budget, and revenue planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or commercial/vocational training, preferably supplemented with additional sales training and a technical inclination.

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the capital goods sector for retail.

• A technical grasp of drawings and custom solutions for clients.

• Strong customer focus, negotiation abilities, and a confident demeanor.

• A passion for proactive sales efforts – from attracting new clients to ensuring long-term customer loyalty.

• An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work.

• Analytical mindset with a keen sense for market and competitive dynamics.

• Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using 3D CAD/drawing software.
