This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Enhance Ultrapolymers’ market presence in South Poland by overseeing strategic accounts.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, providing innovative solutions in technical plastics.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting partnerships to generate mutual value and encourage loyalty.
• Execute commercial strategies to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
• Discover new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and assist clients with technical expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical or chemical disciplines).
• Multiple years of experience in technical plastics sales.
• Proficiency in English (for daily communication with suppliers and headquarters).
• Excellent organizational skills, goal-driven, and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license (category B).
• Work in a global environment with a significant impact on market advancement.
