This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing the BeOne image and brand awareness for our company and products within the immune-oncology market in the designated area.
• Providing expert scientific and distribution advice to hospital pharmacists and medical immune-oncologists in hospitals and PBOs.
• Accountable for achieving regional sales targets and qualitative performance metrics, as outlined with the RFM.
• Designing, implementing, and executing commercial initiatives to enhance patient care in partnership with our key customers: Utilizing Project Management principles to engage and develop Key Account Customers in the designated area.
• In close collaboration with Market Access, Customer Engagement, and other relevant departments, identify, plan, and execute projects to support the distribution and implementation of BeOne medications.
• Organizing and conducting local symposia and workshops with key customers.
• Participating in and providing customer support at local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
• Ensuring compliance in all activities to uphold the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in alignment with our values, consistently operating in accordance with BeOne’s Standards of Conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Degree in life sciences (from a university or college) or equivalent professional experience, including pharmacy and health economics.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a commercial representative in the oncology and hospital market or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with pricing differentiation and distribution strategies in hospital markets is preferred.
• Specialized knowledge and network in (immuno)oncology, particularly regarding key customers in relevant indications (particularly expertise in immune-oncology/PD1 inhibition).
• Understanding of the distribution structures and channels for pharmaceuticals, with a particular emphasis on hospitals and hospital pharmacies.
• Strong alignment with BeOne’s values and company mission.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude.

• Proven success in a dynamic, fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
• Demonstrated capabilities in marketing, project management, and digital technology.
• Proven success- and service-oriented mindset with strong implementation skills.
• Proficient in English at an intermediate level, with fluency or native proficiency in German.
• Willingness to travel (minimum of 60% customer-facing activities) and possess a valid driver’s license.
