
Key Account Manager – Smart Heating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will actively enhance our Smart Heating business by securing new key accounts and nurturing existing relationships.
• You will establish long-term collaborations within the residential housing sector, including housing cooperatives and energy utilities.
• You will identify market opportunities early on, reach out to potential customers proactively, and leverage networks to create new openings.
• You will create customized solutions that align with our customers' unique needs.
• You will showcase our products through one-on-one meetings, at trade shows, and during events.
• You will oversee the entire sales process: from the initial conversation and needs assessment to proposal preparation and final contract negotiations.
• You will collaborate closely with product and project teams to continually refine our solutions based on customer feedback.
• Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a degree in business/economics with a technical focus.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products within heating/building services, smart building/metering, real estate, or energy efficiency sectors.
• A driven salesperson who merges a sales-oriented mindset with technical expertise.
• A well-structured, independent, and goal-driven approach to work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
• A high degree of self-motivation, dependability, and execution strength.
• A service-oriented mindset and a professional demeanor when engaging with decision-makers.
• A strong willingness to travel.
