This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategically plan, oversee, enhance, and manage sales activities for national key accounts and intricate customer relationships.
• Formulate and execute account management strategies tailored for key accounts.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers.
• Gain insights into customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability.
• Track turnover trends and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Carry out regular business reviews with key accounts.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering and/or business studies; a background in electrical engineering is advantageous.
• A postgraduate qualification in Technical Business or Business Administration is desirable.
• Technical expertise.
• Familiarity with products.
• Understanding of customer profiles.
• Insight into market and industry segments.
• Knowledge of Festo as a corporation.
• Business acumen.
• Management experience and a comprehensive understanding of business practices.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, CRM tools, and SAP.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Skilled in negotiation.
• Proven ability to secure complex sales.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Background in industrial B2B sales.
