This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Development and Promotion of Key Account Strategies
• Assess the clinical systems, patient pathways, and decision-making frameworks of significant medical institutions to create and implement medium- to long-term account strategies.
• By fostering trust with stakeholders, deliver value as a partner collaborating with medical institutions to influence the future of patient care.
• Prescription Penetration & Institutional Change
• We evaluate clinical workflows and treatment policies to devise and implement strategies for prescription penetration that guarantee timely delivery of this medication to the right patients.
• We aim to transform treatment pathways and enhance hospital operations by encouraging interdepartmental collaboration and aiding in the execution of hospital protocols.
• Engagement & Scientific Collaborations
• We establish trustworthy relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) early on and facilitate scientific discussions addressing clinical challenges.
• We will strengthen connections with the medical community through initiatives such as promoting appropriate usage within healthcare institutions and suggesting new clinical pathways.
• Business Growth Through Cross-Functional Collaboration
• We work with internal departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Vigilance, and Commercial Excellence (including SFEs) to advance key account strategies.
• We examine market opportunities, patient insights, and the competitive landscape to enhance business outcomes across the organization.
• Contribution to the Overall Sales Department
• Play a role in the growth and enhancement of the entire sales department, beyond one’s own division.
• In particular, actively disseminate best sales practices and risk management experiences to facilitate the accumulation of organizational knowledge and strengthen sales capabilities.
• MR Certification
• Standard Driver's License
• Over 5 years of MR experience
• Experience with university hospitals or major healthcare facilities
• Familiarity with new drug adoption processes in hospitals
• Background in gastroenterology and anesthesiology is preferred
• Ability to build consensus among a diverse group of healthcare professionals
• Experience in developing and managing account plans that serve as the basis for KAM activities
• A strong drive to collaborate with and mobilize cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence/SFE)
• Capability to understand and support the optimization of SOPs, workflows, and protocols within healthcare settings
• Proven ability to execute data-driven, precise targeting.
