This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and business partners.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts.

• Facilitate merchant onboarding and account activation procedures.

• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and technical teams to address issues.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and partners.

• Track merchant performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Assist in business development initiatives and efforts to expand partnerships.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Russian and English (essential).

• Background in Payments, PSP, iGaming, Fintech, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Capability to manage several client relationships at once.

• Comfortable working remotely and across various time zones.

• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience with PSPs, payment gateways, merchant acquiring businesses, iGaming operators, affiliate networks, or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
