This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sustain and enhance relationships with key retail clients in a highly competitive market.
• Negotiate annual contracts regarding pricing, terms, and promotional strategies.
• Oversee a specific portfolio of CBG retail clients and foster growth.
• Meet financial objectives and achieve all sales KPIs related to customers.
• Evaluate market trends and customer developments while keeping an eye on competitors.
• Ensure the execution of category and brand strategies at the client level.
• Manage the operational aspects of assigned clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record in account management within the retail or consumer goods industry (strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise in managing retail clients and customer portfolios, showcasing strong commercial insight and a proactive approach.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with a capacity to thrive in a challenging retail environment.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities, including knowledge of customer P&L, margin management, and promotion efficiency.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Support for remote work.
