
Key Account Manager – Region Northern Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee, cultivate, and strategically enhance key accounts within the agricultural sector.
• Take charge of sales, volume, and budget objectives in the Northern Germany sales region.
• Attract new clients in the agricultural and trading industries.
• Formulate and execute business plans in collaboration with distribution partners.
• Perform market, competitor, and potential analyses to aid the growth of the B2B and key account business.
• Provide product presentations and conduct training sessions.
• Organize and engage in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Address customer complaints and handle warranty claims.
• Generate regular reports and analyze sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as the deputy for the Sales Manager AS DACH as needed.
• Completed commercial/business education with a technical focus.
• Strong understanding of business administration and commercial principles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Analytical mindset with robust numerical and data-handling capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery and agricultural tires is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in German and possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong sales orientation coupled with a high level of customer commitment.
• Quick learner who can maintain clarity in complex situations.
• Exceptional communication skills when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient individual who performs effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, in a methodical manner, with a strong focus on results.
