This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will undergo a training period where you will collaborate with a senior Account Manager to assist in managing the hiring pipeline for their portfolio companies.
• You will utilize Weekday’s database product to source candidates for these portfolio companies.
• You will participate in shadowing weekly check-in calls with the founders of the client companies within the portfolio.
• You will be assigned your own portfolio of companies for which you will have full responsibility for hiring.
• You will conduct check-in calls with client company founders and hiring managers.
• You will take charge of sourcing candidates.
• You will perform status checks with candidates in the interview stage and assist in resolving any obstacles they may encounter.
• In summary, you will be solely accountable for the revenue generated from your portfolio.
• A very strong work ethic.
• Excellent proactive communication skills; since you will be interacting directly with founders, it is essential to be meticulous in all forms of communication (both written and verbal).
• The ability to concentrate on the task at hand without getting distracted.
• A relatively small team size: Our full-time team consists of 44 individuals, allowing you to engage closely with an experienced founding team on a daily basis.
• A strong bias towards action, minimizing unnecessary meetings.
• You will be able to see the results of your contributions from day one.
• Direct interaction with clients.
