This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships across all levels within the value chain.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the industry, our products, and tools to establish yourself as the primary coating advisor for your clients.
• Identify, support, and promote innovation that enhances sustainability and productivity for our customers.
• Market and sell our products and services to both new and existing clients.
• Ensure the fulfillment of monthly and yearly sales, margin, and opportunity objectives.
• Organize and conduct impactful visits to customer sites.
• Develop Key Account plans and maintain your Sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
• Address customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Expand your internal network to gain knowledge, receive support, and expedite the above initiatives.
• Demonstrated (technical) sales expertise in a Business to Business context, particularly within the Infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Collaborative team member.

• Fluency in Polish and English.
