This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent management and expansion of your client and agency portfolio.
• Strategic revenue development and proactive enhancement of existing partnerships.
• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
• Sale of host-read integrations, audio ads, and creative omnichannel campaigns.
• Development of tailored campaign concepts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Creation of compelling proposals, forecasts, and presentations (Excel, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Confident pitch presentations at the client and agency level.
• Ideally, experience in a growth-oriented, performance-driven media environment (podcasting, digital audio, streaming, CTV, content creation, etc.).
• Proven track record in building and developing strategic customer relationships.
• A confident demeanor, strong pitching abilities, and negotiation security.
• Structured, precise, and results-oriented working style.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Passion for audio, storytelling, and innovative advertising solutions.
