
Key Account Manager – Personal Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Reach out to Canadian Drug and Retail Head Offices located in Quebec.
• Formulate strategies for the future growth of assigned customers by utilizing channel strategies, trade investment funds, product assortment, and customized promotional initiatives.
• Oversee the Joint Business Plan process with clients.
• Utilize Nielsen data and customer POS to create fact-based selling narratives.
• Negotiate and secure commitments from accounts on programs that maximize investment value.
• Ensure that committed executions are carried out smoothly and in accordance with customer agreements.
• Utilize trade investments to plan, manage, and assess the ROI on trade funds allocated to each customer.
• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives as well as those of Essity.
• Establish strong multi-level business relationships with key decision-makers and implementers within accounts.
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc business forecasts, including sales and investments by account and by category.
• Communicate effectively to keep the cross-functional team fully informed about business and customer discussions.
• Gather insights on market development, customer needs, competitor activities, and share this information with internal stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Health Consumer Goods or retail positions related to pricing, customer marketing, or key account management.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both French and English.

• Proficient in MS-Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of structured commercial settings with a strong focus on promotional planning.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards.
