This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• The Key Account Manager will oversee commercial operations for Norgine’s rare disease portfolio within the designated region in Italy.
• This position necessitates strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and robust cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product adoption in intricate healthcare environments.
• Significant experience in launching rare disease products is highly regarded, alongside a positive and constructive mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a truly team-oriented approach.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues to create and execute integrated account strategies that optimize territory performance and facilitate the attainment of sales and business KPIs.
• Establish strong, credible relationships with healthcare decision-makers and key influencers throughout the region, advocating for Norgine’s products through individual meetings, group discussions, and participation in medical congresses.
• Identify and spearhead local initiatives that position Norgine as a reliable partner and contribute to improved patient outcomes.
• Proven success in specialty pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in launching rare disease and/or oncology products.
• Strong comprehension of the Italian healthcare system, including essential policies, access pathways, and decision-making processes.
• A well-established network within the rare disease and specialist healthcare community in Italy would be considered a significant advantage.
• A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to convert complex market insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Excellent influencing and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Proficient project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver with discipline and agility.
• A positive and constructive attitude, coupled with a strong team spirit, resilience, accountability, and a patient-focused mindset.
