This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve or surpass sales and performance targets while effectively managing territory resources.
• Create, implement, and continuously enhance a data-informed territory business plan, taking into account market trends, customer insights, and brand strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and competitive information to guide strategy and discover new growth avenues.
• Establish and nurture strong, value-driven relationships with Hematologic Oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and essential allied health professionals.
• Bachelor's degree is necessary (in Science, Business, or a related field).
• Over 5 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales (preferably in Oncology or Hematology).
• Proven history of outstanding performance in complex, specialist-oriented markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of Hematology/Oncology, including treatment landscapes, patient journeys, and market access.
• Familiarity with institutional accounts, reimbursement processes, and formulary approvals.
