This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with the German OE account at all organizational levels (purchasing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and executive management).
• Oversee quotation processes, price negotiations, and product presentations for OE clients.
• Facilitate the flow of information concerning ongoing and new projects among internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that budget targets, product availability, and customer service levels are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Provide precise monthly reports on sales, forecasts, and market share performance.
• Promote effective communication and information transfer among all involved internal teams and global counterparts.
• Recognize new business opportunities and notify management for further assessment and action.
• Examine vehicle/platform programs and predict future customer requirements, including sustainability and technological trends (e.g., RFID).
• Serve as the European coordination lead for global account initiatives, ensuring regional alignment and maximizing OE end-to-end business opportunities.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated experience in Original Equipment (OE) business is highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of automotive industry dynamics, OE processes, and the market landscape.
• Proficient in account management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of supply chain, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in German is considered a significant advantage.
