This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for devising the sales strategy for distributor, wholesale, and workshop levels.
• Establish and nurture robust, healthy, and sustainable relationships with customers at all reachable levels.
• Recognize development opportunities with customers and within markets, including potential new distribution channels.
• Ensure the generation of sales and margins for our products in alignment with the Annual Sales Plan.
• Plan, organize, and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Develop a strategic account plan for Key Accounts.
• Execute the strategic account plan in collaboration with the DACH team and the European DENSO Aftermarket organization.
• Coordinate visits, sales activities, and promotions in conjunction with other team members and KAMs.
• Organize and facilitate commercial seminars for all distributor levels.
• Report on the progress and development of turnover, profit contribution, and campaign activities to the Sales Manager.
• Observe the market within the designated area on a daily basis.
• Monitor and manage payment behavior and customer rating/solvability.
• Several years of proven commercial IAM automotive experience.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office).
• Strong verbal and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (business language is English).
• Capable of thriving in a multinational environment.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Focused, pragmatic, and responsible work approach.
• Valid driving license class B.
• Willingness to travel frequently due to high business trip requirements.
