This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Participate in regular check-ins and business reviews to foster robust relationships.
• Create organizational charts and stakeholder engagement strategies to effectively navigate customer organizations in collaboration with the CEM.
• Attend C-Level engagements led by the CEM to stay aligned with the strategic goals promoted by Customer Engagement.
• Identify decision-making processes, criteria, and compelling events to facilitate deal progression.
• Evaluate pain points and business impacts to position suitable solutions.
• Promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within key accounts.
• Assist with renewals and contract negotiations to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with your sales counterparts to illustrate product value.
• Develop and present ROI and business case proposals along with solution strategies for customers.
• Take ownership of quote preparation, pricing discussions, and deal negotiations with your sales counterparts.
• Work with Rev Ops and Deal Desk for contract reviews and approvals.
• Achieve revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells.
• Maintain high renewal and retention rates.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications in customer success, account management, or sales are advantageous.
• Significant experience in account management, customer success, or related roles within technology, SaaS, or service industries.
• Familiarity with the maritime industry and experience in crewing, training, or QHSE departments.
• Proven history of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic account development.
• Strong leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and fostering long-term client partnerships.
• Ability to analyze client data and formulate strategic account plans.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
