This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the representative of 1KOMMA5° in both inbound and outbound sales.
• Create tailored energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
• Assist in project execution following contract finalization.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and finalize contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive ROI analyses.
• Influence stakeholders through professional presentations of concepts and organized project planning.
• Strong commercial and business insight.
• Relevant work experience, ideally enhanced by a degree or similar qualification.
• Extensive project management experience in renewable energy, particularly in commercial photovoltaics (PV).
• Confident and effective communication skills with executive management and contractor partners.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and accessibly.
• Well-established network among service providers, suppliers, or industry stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach, capable of maintaining an overview in complex situations.
• Proficient in negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken.
