Key Account Manager – New Customer Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new customers: Proactively identifying, approaching, and securing new clients within the DACH region.

• Lead management: Qualifying leads generated from marketing and partner initiatives, while also actively developing the market.

• Consulting & presentations: Assessing customer needs, crafting suitable solution proposals, and delivering product presentations (both remote and on-site) alongside our PreSales team.

• Negotiation: Overseeing the full sales cycle – from initial engagement and proposal crafting to successful contract finalization.

• Team collaboration: Working closely with Presales, Marketing, and Partner Management to ensure effective market strategies.

• Market monitoring: Vigilantly observing market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B sales of software solutions, preferably in Identity & Access Management or IT security.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers – possessing a hunter mentality and a keen understanding of customer needs.

• Capability to clearly articulate complex solutions.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Self-reliant, organized work style with strong self-motivation.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
