This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Proactive acquisition of new clients among the top 500 companies in Austria – no existing customer business, no reactive list processing.
• Independent management of the entire sales lifecycle: from the initial cold call to personal visits and events, culminating in contract signing.
• Professional management of public and private B2B tenders – analysis of procurement documents, proposal creation, pricing strategy, and presentations at the decision-maker level.
• Strategic positioning of the company as a partner for C-level executives and procurement professionals in large enterprises (with 300+ employees).
• Market development in a defined sales territory across Austria, focusing on the area between Salzburg and Vienna.
• Representation of the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions.
• Close collaboration with internal teams and the Country Sales Manager for Austria.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven focus on acquiring large clients (hunter role, no key account management).
• Experience with tenders in the B2B sector – both public and/or private procurement.
• This includes, in particular: analysis and interpretation of procurement documents.
• Calculation and proposal creation under margin pressure.
• Stakeholder management across multiple decision levels.
• Presentation and negotiation at the C-level.
• Experience in physical B2B products (Hygiene, PPE, MRO, Facility, Office, etc.) – no SaaS background required.
• Native German speaker, strong communication skills and conversational; at least B2 level in English.
• Willingness to travel within the Austrian sales territory, valid Class B driver's license.
