This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create business plans and execution strategies for primary imaging centers and referring physicians.
• Engage in pre-call planning and in-call inquiries to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and enhance utilization.
• Work in conjunction with market access support teams to maximize payor contract execution and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Track territory plan performance, relay results, and outline action steps to all cross-functional partners.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of our products to effectively promote, differentiate, and sell the brand and offerings.
• Possess knowledge of PET, nuclear radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imaging.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with physicians, referrers, and imaging centers.
• Capable of successfully launching a product in both new and established territories.
• Exceptional presentation abilities with the skill to simplify information for the target audience.
• Self-motivated to achieve success with outstanding project management and organizational skills.
• Analyze and comprehend competitive market dynamics and the evolving needs of customers; adjust strategies as necessary.
• Negotiate and draft contracts in accordance with company procedures.
• Accurately and promptly document interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Complete and document all assigned training in a timely manner.
• Experience in selling to physician offices, hospitals, contracting, and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
• Proven history of sales success in developing, organizing, and implementing sales strategies, achieving and surpassing sales goals, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competition through expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.
• Demonstrated capability to meet sales targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Proven selling skills, analytical capabilities, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to reside within the territory.
• Must be prepared and able to travel 60% overnight.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or neurology. Related fields will be considered.
