This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.
• Oversee sales performance, designated territory, and targeted accounts.
• Comprehend the needs, expectations, opportunities, threats, and competitive practices of key accounts.
• Document and disseminate customer and market insights internally.
• Emphasize the cross-functional impacts of expected account changes to brand teams.
• Create solutions for claims or specific issues raised by key accounts.
• Establish strategic relationships with stakeholders and foresee access challenges.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally on partnerships, contracting, and tender processes.
• Conduct customer profile analyses and modify strategies to meet customer service standards.
• Develop key account strategies, engagement plans, and Key Account Plans.
• Customize channels, content, messages, and medical discussion topics to align with customer needs.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Maintain scheduled sales call frequencies and conduct professional public visits.
• Share IFT insights and observations with broader IFT and brand teams.
• Engage in training, employee meetings, and work-related events.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
• Relevant university degree in a Science or Applied Science field.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
• Strong command of the local language.
• Demonstrated success in sales performance is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills in respective therapeutic areas are preferred.
• Experience working with General Practitioners (GPs).
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficient use of business tools.
• Capable of strategic and critical thinking.
• Ability to recognize customer styles and behaviors and adapt the selling approach accordingly.
• Effectively operate within a matrix environment.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing, is preferred.
