This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Meet sales targets within designated Key Accounts and therapeutic areas.
• Create and implement strategic plans for accounts and territories that align with brand and national strategy.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate patient pathways to identify opportunities for removing access barriers and enhancing outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
• Leverage CRM tools, dashboards, and data insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in omnichannel engagement strategies and local initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the local healthcare system and stakeholder environment.
• Commercially motivated with a keen customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in the local language and a good command of English.
