
Key Account Manager – national, international

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee, enhance, and grow key client accounts, including online pharmacies, pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, specialist retailers, and international distributors.
• Formulate sales strategies tailored to individual customers.
• Conduct annual assessments, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish sales targets.
• Track KPIs, sales trends, and volume metrics.
• Discover new international sales partners and potential markets.
• Lead and execute international projects in line with the internationalization checklist.
• Establish international frameworks (sales, logistics, dealer networks).
• Perform international market and product range analyses.
• Handle inquiries/projects related to private-label and bulk products.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding regulatory issues (in coordination with product management).
• Oversee contractual matters from a sales perspective.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Business Psychology, Health Economics, Nutritional Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in key account management.
• Background in dietary supplements, OTC, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy settings, or consumer health.
• Strong understanding of the national dietary supplements (NEM), pharmacy, and wholesale markets is preferred.
• Experience in international sales.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (both EU and non-EU).
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred: additional foreign language skills, such as Spanish or French.
