
Key Account Manager – Mid Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Play a pivotal role in the expansion of 360Learning's business.
• Become a part of a team consisting of five mid-market Key Account Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts (existing customers with 100 to 2,500 employees).
• Focus 80% of your efforts on sales, with the responsibility to develop your portfolio and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal specialists to manage and execute client projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a sales-related position (revenue generation with a client portfolio).
• Prior experience in the SaaS sector.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment (start-up/scale-up) that demands agility and responsiveness.
• Strong active listening skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fluent in French with strong English proficiency (B2+).
