Key Account Manager – Mental Health Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the local relationship with global corporate clients in Australia

• Ensure smooth implementation of programs

• Oversee relationships with key global clients

• Work closely with both Global and Local Account Consultants

• Actively identify and manage risks associated with local accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience managing large corporate client relationships

• Background specifically within an EAP or similar Mental Health Services environment

• Relevant qualification in Psychology or Mental Health

• Strong presentation skills

• Highly positive and energetic demeanor in client interactions
