This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining trustworthy business relationships with existing clients
• Acquisition and development of new customers
• Identifying individual customer needs, advising our clients, and preparing corresponding offers and solutions, including contract negotiations
• Serving as the primary contact in all major customer projects, responsible for active client support and the planning and monitoring of project executions
• Implementing the sales strategy to secure and expand market share
• Monitoring industry and market developments and trends in retail for both clients and consumers
• Completed training or degree, along with a strong technical understanding
• Professional experience in the sales of store concepts, lighting design, or interior architecture
• High affinity for sales and strong communication skills
• Negotiation skills, contract closing security, and strong argumentation abilities
• Proactive, innovative, strategic thinker focused on results – in short, a true problem solver
• Enjoyment in direct interaction with employees, clients, and suppliers
• Confident, friendly, and representative demeanor
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel for business and possess a valid driver's license
• Good proficiency in common MS Office programs and ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
