This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overall responsibility for the sales performance of 3Shape Lab Solutions within the DACH region
• Drive revenue growth, develop pipelines, and increase market share
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing key accounts
• Promote upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the entire 3Shape portfolio
• Actively manage and regularly visit dental laboratories throughout Germany to assess their needs and workflows
• Present the complete digital 3Shape ecosystem (scanners, CAD software, LMS, services)
• Lead digital transformation efforts in the laboratory and prosthetics sector
• Represent 3Shape Lab Solutions at events, training sessions, and webinars in the DACH region
• Collaborate closely with distributors to effectively implement sales activities
• Train, mentor, and assist reseller sales teams through joint customer engagements
• Engage in regular business reviews and strategic sales planning
• Work in close coordination with local and global teams (Marketing, Clinical, Product)
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the dental sector
• Demonstrated history of achieving revenue growth and acquiring new clients
• Experience in managing key accounts and navigating complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with dental CAD software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape Dental System, or similar)
• Strong comprehension of digital workflows (lab & clinic)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Business fluent in English
• Training or background as a dental technician is advantageous
