This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Solution Sales: Selling solution-oriented IT services and products from leading manufacturers
• New Customer Acquisition: Independent acquisition of new clients as well as strategic expansion of existing customer relationships
• Key Account Management: Managing key accounts in the church and welfare organizations sector in Southern Germany, with a focus on Bavaria
• IT Consulting: Advising, conceptualizing, and implementing complex IT projects
• Responsibility for Closing: Leading negotiations to contract completion, including revenue responsibility
• Portfolio Development: Collaborating with Business Development to enhance the portfolio
• Networking & Presence: Representing the company at trade fairs and events
• Completed degree (technical or business-oriented) or a comparable qualification
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales, ideally within the church and welfare context
• Industry Knowledge & Network: Knowledge and/or network in church-related and welfare organizations (e.g. Caritas, Diakonie, etc.)
• Sales Competence: Strong sales skills, ability to close deals, and a structured, independent work style with high proactivity ("drive")
• Soft Skills & IT Affinity: Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, teamwork ability, and a high affinity for IT
• Language Skills & Mobility: Excellent German and good English language skills, as well as willingness to travel (office in Munich 2–4 times a month & client appointments in Southern Germany)
