This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at meeting territory-specific objectives and KPIs, using organizational tools such as CRM, data analysis, DOMO, and other analytics to pinpoint relevant opportunities and enhance sales performance.
• Collaborate with C-Suite executives and leadership teams across various locations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how to evolve the account into a site of care that delivers a seamless experience and ongoing access to QUTENZA for suitable patients.
• Offer exceptional full-service account support pertaining to all elements of product access and education, which includes training healthcare professionals and staff on the correct application guidelines of Qutenza® for optimal patient outcomes.
• Establish and sustain strong, enduring relationships with key customers, personnel, and national/regional key external experts as a reliable advisor.
• Develop a powerful network of advocates to enhance QUTENZA’s visibility within these accounts, collaborating with various departments (such as Endo, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, etc.) within advanced archetypes or creating Alternate Sites of Care (ASOC) to fulfill the account's needs.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and demonstrate dedication in navigating obstacles and challenges while maintaining flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Motivate and inspire others with a constructive, solution-oriented mindset when faced with challenges.
• Actively seek self-driven learning opportunities with a strong commitment to becoming a clinical pain market authority.
• Utilize and disseminate knowledge with peers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure organizational success.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and trust within oneself and among teammates, dedicated to achieving success.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within the pharmaceutical or medical sales sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• A proven history of delivering outstanding sales results through a patient-centric methodology.
• Proficient experience in promoting specialty/buy and bill products across various care settings (e.g., clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).
• Career experience in pain management and/or specialty pharmaceutical or biologic product launches.
• Experience in buy and bill or specialty product promotion, utilizing Specialty Pharmacy and/or HUB services.
• Capability to adjust behavior based on changing information or circumstances while remaining receptive to new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in an unstructured environment, driven by a shared commitment to the organization’s vision and mission.
• An intrinsic drive and motivation to achieve success.
• A demonstrated understanding of the unique needs of healthcare stakeholders (Key Opinion Leaders, Payors, etc.) within the assigned geographic territory.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K
